Well-equipped and well-appointed units and very very helpful staff who greeted us upon arrival to the waiter in the restaurant to the general manager. Very good breakfast, a lot of options available. Location just off public transport from Hanover Airport, Concert Hall, and all Germany...

The breakfast spread was good with an excellent assortment of sweet and savory options. The spacious room featured a comfortable bed and a large bathroom.

I faced long wait times for service at the bar during the busy evenings, frustrating.

Very nice hotel, if I was travelling on business I'd give it 5 stars all around. Great service, very clean, very comfortable beds. We were 2 adults and 3 children and got two connecting rooms at a very reasonable rate.

A little noise from the outside traffic, but nothing too bad. Not a very good location for a family travelling, but really good rates when there are no events going on in the convention area in which the hotel resides. We missed a swimming pool, but as a hotel with a clear business profile I can understand why they don't have it.

Delicious and fine breakfast available. Perfect and great location on an event organized by Hannover Messe. Also - so close to the exhibition, the tram stop, and the nearest grocery store.

If you are in the city for a conference at the Messe, then this is a perfect location. However, if you are planning to visit the city then the hotel is not conveniently located.

Clean ,tidy ,nice staff ,great facilities ,comfort,the breakfast was wonderful ,I strongly recommend it people coming to the exebition .

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, especially the gym and sauna. The breakfast spread was good, with a wide variety of sweet and savory options, made mornings easier.

It wasn't cheap, but the quality justifies the price.

Location is fantastic for CeBIT and the exhibition grounds - not so great for visiting Hanover, however hotel is 5 minutes from train/tram stop.
